USA & Canada



Only 1 (one) return for an exchange or refund request per paid order will be accepted within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the order. Return of Products is free if the place of delivery is in Metropolitan France. The return of the Products is the responsibility of the Customer if the place of delivery is outside metropolitan France and is done at his own expense. Except in the event of non-compliance or error on our part, the postage costs will be at your expense if more than 1 (one) exchange takes place.

In the event of a request for reimbursement, it will take place within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days from receipt of the Product (s). Once the Products have been received, checked and accepted by our services, the refund will be made using the same payment method used when ordering. Return costs are at our expense.
On the other hand, if you have chosen a paid delivery solution when ordering (express, home at 4 € for an order less than 200 € ...), the delivery costs will not be refunded.

If shipping fees were free cause your initial order amount was greater than 200€ and if your final order amount after reimbursment is less than 200€ or is equal to 0€, the same shipping fees of an order less than 200€ will be deducted from the reimbursment amount (e.g. 4.5€ for a pick up delivery point...).

How to make a return?

1. Log into your account, and select the products to return / exchange.
2. Once your return request has been validated by our services, you can return the items to us including your delivery note. For France, a return label is made available to you in your package. You just have to complete it and stick it on it.
3. Drop off your package at a post office and carefully keep the proof of delivery.
After receipt of your package and verification of the products, we will proceed with the exchange or refund within 15 days.

How much will I get reimbursed in the event of a partial reimbursement?

When you order several items, you benefit from automatic reductions (see Pricing section). If you wish to be reimbursed for only part of your order, we will reimburse you the difference between your initial order, and the price of the items that you keep.

Example 1: you ordered a Chino Look + Shirt at 148 €, for which each item costs 74 € (instead of 79 € individually). If you only want to return the chinos and keep the shirt, we will refund you € 69, i.e. the difference between the price of the Look (€ 148), and the price of the shirt per unit (€ 79).
Example 2: you have ordered 3 items, and only wish to return one. You will then continue to benefit from the Look price for each item.

If you opt for home delivery and after reimbursement, the amount of your basket is less than € 100, we will deduct from the refund the price of home delivery for any lower order at 100 €, or 4 €.
