What is Paname Collections?
Paname Collections is a high-end ready-to-wear brand for men selling outfits, clothing and accessories online. For more information, please see our Our Manifesto section.
Where are Paname Collections products made?
All of our products are made in Europe, mainly in Portugal and Italy, which we consider to be a guarantee of quality and the assurance that our partners respect ethical and social standards.

How to choose your size ?
At the bottom of the page on the “Size Guide” link, and on each product page, we provide as much advice as possible to help you choose your size. If in doubt, please contact us at hello@panamecollections.com and we will do our best to answer all of your questions as quickly as possible!
Do I have to register on the site to order?
Indeed, you have to register to place an order. This makes it easier for you to follow your orders and facilitates returns and refunds. You don't have to worry: your data remains strictly confidential and is neither disseminated nor sold to third parties (see Privacy Policy section).
Managing your account: change of address? Forgot your password?
You can directly modify your information on the My Account page. If you have forgotten your password, you can always reset it. An email will then be sent to you if needed to reset your password.
How to use a coupon?
If you have a Paname Collections promotional code, simply enter it in the "your cart" section and the amount of your order will be recalculated automatically.
What types of credit cards do you accept?
We accept payment by Visa® and MasterCard®.
Is payment by credit card secure?
Payment on panamecollections.com is perfectly secure. We use the secure platform implemented by Stripe (https://stripe.com/en). We do not have access to your bank details.

Return of products

Do not hesitate to consult the return process on our "Shipping & Returns" section and our Terms & Conditions.
If the product does not suit me, can I exchange it or get a refund?

If you want to exchange or return a product for refund, you have 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of your product to notify us of your intention to return the product and the reasons for this. Go to your "My Account" section on panamecollections.com, or send us an email at hello@panamecollections.com.
The first return of the Products is free if the place of Delivery is in Metropolitan France. Return of the Products is the responsibility of the Customer if the place of Delivery is outside mainland France.
Only one (1) return (exchange or refund) per paid order will be accepted.
If you use the "My Account" section, click on "My orders", then select the product you wish to return to us. In the details of your order, go to the bottom of the summary of your order, select the article, tell us the reasons for your return, the type of return (exchange or refund) then click on the "GENERATE A RETURN" button.

Your item will then appear in your "My product returns" area, where you can follow the different stages of your return. Please note, do not return the package until your status is "Awaiting package", and print the return label which will then be available.

The product (s) must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unworn, unwashed, accompanied by the original invoice and the return slip printed on the site, in the "my account" section at the following address: BDL - Paname Collections - ZI Semur - 8 rue de la Croix Belin - 21140 Semur-en-Auxois - FRANCE

All reservations on the the condition of the products (eg open or damaged package) must be notified immediately upon delivery.

Once we have validated your return request, your package status will appear "Awaiting package" in your space "My product returns". You can then print the return label. Print this label and include it with your package.
What are the reimbursement terms?
In the event of a request for reimbursement, the latter will go through within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days from receipt of the Product (s) by ABP CREATIONS. Once the Products have been received, checked and accepted by our services, the refund, including the standard delivery costs of the initial order, will be made using the same payment method used when ordering.
Please note, however, that an additional period may be applied by your bank during the refund.
